On Friday we celebrated the Coronation of King Charles III. We had a picture taken outside of the school waving our Union Jack flags. We then spent the morning assembling & decorating our Coronation Kites, which we then went down to the beach to fly. The weather held off until we made it back to school. Then we finished the day off with a Coronation Tea Party in the playground. We invited our families and volunteers to join us for a piece of cake in the sunshine. Some families even continued to fly their kites out on the field. It was a really lovely day had by all!
